Serving as the president and CEO of doeLEGAL, Inc. and an adjunct professor at Delaware Law School. Tom is a highly-respected law professional with over 46 years of experience in aiding attorneys in their application of advanced legal technology. Instructing attorneys on how to improve efficiency and lower overall costs has established Tom and doeLEGAL as trusted advisers to global law departments and ABA’s Top 100 law firms. Tom will use his experience in handling some of the most challenging issues facing corporate legal departments and law firms to benefit the Commission in developing valuable content and useful guidelines.

The Commission on Law & Technology is a group set up under the Delaware Supreme Court to provide a resource to develop and publish guidelines and best practices regarding the use of technology and the practice of law. The Commission was created by Order of the Supreme Court on July 1, 2013, and became effective on September 15, 2013. The Commission is composed of 21 members, who are appointed by the Court and serve three-year terms. The specific areas this Commission covers include:
